Azzi Fudd may be a star on the court for UConn, but she’s proving she’s got big moves lined up off the court too. The sharpshooting guard recently took to social media to share a major personal update that had fans buzzing not just for what it means for her future, but for who showed up to cheer her on.
Among the well-wishers was none other than NBA superstar Steph Curry, who has long been a supporter of Fudd’s journey. His message was short, supportive, and exactly the kind of thing you would expect from someone who knows a thing or two about shooting your shot on and off the court.
Fudd shared an update on Instagram to her half a million followers saying, “So excited to officially announce my podcast, Fudd Around And Find Out. This has been a dream of mine in the making, and I’m so excited to work with iHeart and Unanimous Media to bring it to life!”
Curry commented on the post saying, “Congrats Azzi”

That wasn’t the only major news Azzi Fudd made headlines this week. During All-Star Weekend in Indianapolis, her former UConn teammate and now WNBA star Paige Bueckers seemingly confirmed the rumors that had been swirling for months Fudd is her girlfriend.
In a fun WAG Talk interview, Bueckers was quizzed about Fudd’s life, from her high school days to her WNBA roots, and she nailed every answer. When asked directly to name her girlfriend, she didn’t hesitate: “Azzi Fudd,” she said with a proud smile.

The internet also loved the phone case Fudd uses it literally says “Paige Bueckers’ girlfriend.” On top of that, Bueckers revealed she trusts Fudd to take the final shot if her life depended on it. A big week for Fudd on all fronts.
