Pete Nakos joins the show to discuss NIL
This summer, the House Settlement put in place a framework for better managing NIL and bringing it under guidelines. How has that gone so far? What is the initial feedback? Nakos will discuss how teams are experiencing the new rules.
Beyond that, has it begun to make NIL more transparent and fair? What are the challenges, both legal and logistical, to the new process? Of course, all of this affects Penn State. We’ll discuss how the team has suffered losses to high-paying schools with top talent over the last two recruiting cycles. Is that still a danger going forward? Nakos will discuss what he knows.
We’ll also discuss NIL’s impact on other aspects of college football, including the transfer portal.
Early look at Penn State Class of 2027 needs
