Notre Dame running back Jeremiyah Love signed with New Balance, the company announced Tuesday.
Love joins a growing list of elite athletes choosing New Balance, including former Ohio State stars and current NFL players Marvin Harrison Jr. and Chase Young. Love is a projected first-round pick in the 2025 NFL Draft.
“Joining the New Balance family is more than just a partnership — it’s a chance to be part of something bigger,” Love said in a press release. “From my first conversation with the brand, I knew it was the right fit for me and my family. I’m all about comfort, and I’m excited to go on this journey with a brand that supports me and helps me perform at the highest level.”
In that press release, New Balance wrote that Love will work with the company to host community events in both South Bend and St. Louis, his hometown.
“Jeremiyah brings a rare combination of athleticism, intelligence, and heart to everything he does,” New Balance head of global sports marketing for American football and basketball Naveen Lokesh said. “He’s a game-changer on the field and a thoughtful leader off of it. His drive and commitment to uplifting those around him makes him a perfect fit for New Balance. We’re thrilled to welcome him to the family and very excited for what’s ahead.”
