😅 Filipe Luís vents about Pedro, sparks memes on social media

Flamengo’s number 9, Pedro, was harshly criticized by coach Filipe Luís after Flamengo’s 2-0 win over São Paulo this Saturday (12th), in a match for the 13th round of the Brasileirão.

The 23-year-old striker was not included in the squad and watched the victory from the VIP box at Maracanã.

In the post-match press conference, the red-black coach vented to justify why Pedro hasn’t been given opportunities.

“This week, he broke a clear principle that we have, as a coaching staff and as a group of players, which is the training culture. What he did was disrespectful and I didn’t hesitate for a moment to leave him out of the squad list because this kind of behavior can be contagious,” said Filipe Luís.

After the interview, social media was flooded with memes about the number 9’s “drama.”
